Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates We offer flat-rate shipping on all orders:
- Romania: 20 RON
- European Union: 35 RON
Delivery Times
- Romania: 3–5 business days
- European Union: 5–8 business days
Please note that delivery times may be extended during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., public holidays, carrier delays).
Shipping Destinations We currently ship to Romania and all 25 EU member states.
